The taste of Cyclades!
Honey is considered to be among the most valuable, nutritious and healthiest foods and including it in our daily diet contributes to a healthier living. Other bee products like propolis are also considered as highly beneficial to our health.
Honey is an organic, natural sweetener and a great substitute for sugar, since its complex carbohydrates delay the release of energy over a longer period of time. It is primarily composed of fructose, glucose and water, and contains probiotics which are necessary for digestion.
Crystallization of honey is a natural process and should be expected, as it is a proof of the purity of the products and the fact that they are free of preservatives.
Like honey, other bee products are also considered to be highly beneficial to our health and immune system. For example, propolis, that is considered a great natural means to strengthen our immune system, or pollen, a very popular superfood among people who love healthy living.

BEE POLLEN
Bee pollen is considered to be a superfood, as it is rich in vitamins, minerals, proteins, fatty acids, enzymes and bioflavonoids. It has powerful antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral properties that stimulate the immune system and raise your energy levels naturally.
WILD LAVENDER HONEY
Wild lavender honey is derived from the nectar of wild lavenders and other frygana wildflowers growing in Serifos. It is produced during springtime and is very aromatic. Wild lavender honey has also a medium crystallization time, which should be expected within only a few months after production.
PROPOLIS EXTRACT
Propolis is a resinous material that bees use to seal small cracks and gaps in the hive. It’s made when bees collect resin from trees and other sources and mix it with a little bit of honey. Propolis extract has been found to offer numerous health benefits since the ancient years, including support of the immune system and assisting in avoiding infections.
