Wild Lavender honey is derived from the nectar of wild lavenders and other frygana wildflowers growing in Serifos. It is produced during springtime and is very aromatic and light in color and taste.

Wildflowers honey has a medium crystallization time, which should be expected within only a few months after production. It can be restored to its liquid state by warming the jar in warm water (bain marie).
